Randall Avila - Executive Director
Randall was appointed to serve as Executive Director in 2018. His responsibilities include overall management of the county party, fundraising, political operations and strategic initiatives. Randall’s previous experience includes the UCLA department of Government and Community Relations and Quimby Group Consulting. He currently serves as a delegate to the California Republican Party where he was appointed by Chairwoman Jessica Patterson to the California Republican Party Executive Committee and elected to the California Republican Party Platform and Platform Drafting committees.
He earned his degree from UCLA and previously served three terms as a City Commissioner in his hometown of Monterey Park. Randall currently lives in Yorba Linda.

Johnny Lauro – Political Director
Johnny Lauro joined the OCGOP as a Political Coordinator in 2018 and was promoted to Political Director in 2021. Previously, he worked on nonprofit initiatives in Major League Baseball as well as Community Relations in the National Football League. He earned his degree in Political Science and International Relations from the University of Southern California.

Ryan May - Field Director
Ryan started as an intern for the OCGOP back in 2018 and began serving as the Field Director during the Recall of Gavin Newsom in 2021. Since then, he has been leading the party’s efforts to recruit, train, and organize volunteers across the county. Ryan graduated with a degree in Political Science from UCLA and hopes to return to attend law school.
