Irvine Republicans, now Greater Irvine Republicans (GIR), was founded on December 2, 2018. This was shortly after Orange County had lost all of its Congressional seats to Democrats. For the first time in history, the once very red Orange County was all blue. In response, the group formed to mobilize Republicans in Irvine and in neighboring OC cities. The mission was simple and it remains the mission today. The mission is to keep RED seats and win RED seats!

We of the Orange County Log Cabin Republicans are a group of men and women who live or work in Orange County, California, and who believe in limited government, personal responsibility, and a strong national defense. We are unified under the banner of equality for all Americans, including gays and lesbians.
Founded in 1952, the goal of Newport Harbor Republican Women is to foster and encourage loyalty to the Republican Party, promoting its ideals and encouraging active citizenship. We strive to promote the principles upon which this country was founded: Freedom, Equality, and Justice. And we work alongside the Republican State and County Central Committees for the election of qualified, responsible Republican candidates to office.
NHRW maintains a campaign headquarters in the Newport Beach area for each general election. We conduct voter registration year-round and organize get-out-the-vote activities during election time.
Among the activities NHRW offers are nine educational speaker luncheons from September - May at the Pacific Club in Newport Beach, as well as regular current events action meetings, and an annual summer social. We publish a monthly newsletter, the Update, and maintain a Web site, www.nhrw.org.
The Orange County Young Republicans (OCYR) is an organization consisting of young professionals and political activists who are committed to a common sense approach to politics. We believe in the Republicans ideals of lower taxation, limited government, personal freedom and personal responsibility. OCYR promotes and supports the Republican Party by endorsing candidates, increasing Republican voter registration, participating in Get-Out-The-Vote efforts and encouraging our party’s youth to take a strong leadership role.
